+ What is the program schedule?

Our Fall Cohort kicks off with a welcome call on Friday, September 23rd at 10:30am PST. Our live workshop calls will be held at 11am PST on the following Wednesdays: Sept 28th, Oct 12th/26th, Nov 9th/16th/30th, and Dec 7th. Virtual office hours will be held biweekly over the course of our 12 weeks together.

+ How do the live workshops and office hour calls work?

Once you join the mastermind, you'll be added to a secure portal, where you'll receive email reminders and links for all of our workshop calls and office hours. We meet virtually via Zoom; however, you are welcome to attend in whatever capacity works best for you - sharing your video/audio are optional.

+ Will there be replays if I can't attend live?

YES. You’ll have access to all of our live calls and the recordings. However, I strongly encourage you to attend live to feel like part of the community and celebrate our wins together.

+ How can I access the recordings?

Recordings will be posted to your portal within 24 hours following our meetings. The content for this program can be accessed on any smart device. The program is made with your busy schedule in mind, so you can easily get through the materials and connect to support.

+ What's the benefit of joining now?

Joining now means you and your family can start to benefit from the support you’re going to receive. You don’t need to struggle alone anymore or try to figure out how to feed your family by yourself. This is the last time I'm running this group in 2022. To keep the group personable, spots are limited and admission is on a first come, first serve basis. + What ages are these intuitive eating strategies for?

These strategies are applicable for all ages, including younger children and older teens. As needed, I cover ways you may need to modify for your child's age.

+ Can I use my insurance for this program?

I can provide you with a super bill that you can use to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. You can call your insurance provider and let them know you're interested in working with an out-of-network dietitian to see if these services would be reimbursed with a super bill.

+ Can I use my FSA/HSA account for payment?

Yes - if you have a card associated with your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA), you can use this for the group coaching program.
