healthy-mom-holding-baby

Time for a recap of some of my favorite products that have truly helped this mama out.  Check out some of things I have been loving below, and as always, please let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Care/Of Personalized Daily Vitamin Packs

To Help Keep Mom Healthy. I was recently introduced to care/of and their personalized supplement packs and love how easy this makes it for me to take my daily vitamins.  I most definitely suffer from mom brain and have a hard time remembering many of the important things needed to take care of myself. I will be writing a longer post on supplements, including which nutrients I supplement with and why you may need to take certain vitamins.  In the meantime, visit Care/Of to find out which vitamin supplements may be recommended for you.

The Magic of Motherhood:  The Good Stuff, The Hard Stuff, and Everything in Between

For Feeding Your Soul. This is one of the most authentic, genuine books on motherhood I have read to date. Comprised of short essays from a variety of different mothers, this book will have you laughing, sobbing, smiling, and relishing in the joys and heartache of motherhood.  I couldn’t put this book down and was able to finish reading it while wrangling four kids.  Highly recommend for any mama in the motherhood trenches looking for community and encouragement.

Magnetic Building Blocks

For 20+ Minutes of Sanity. In effort to be more intentional about the types of toys our kids are playing with, we have been simplifying the amount of options they have and keeping things that spur imagination and creativity. These magnetic blocks have been a huge hit with all of them, and our kids range in ages from one to seven.  They often enjoy creating something together, which is really fun to watch, and I love how easy these building blocks are to clean up and store.

Popsicle Molds Set

For a Fun, Summer Treat. Homemade popsicles are simple to make and perfect for summer.  This BPA-free popsicle mold set makes it easy to make your own frozen treats at home with minimal mess.  Our favorite popsicles include yogurt mixed with fresh fruit - yum!  These popsicle molds made the perfect size treats for little hands, and the popsicles remove easily from the molds after freezing.  This has made it easy for me to create healthy and fun snacks for my kids throughout the summer.

Lodge Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet

For Stepping Up Your Kitchen Game.  I do not know why it has taken me this long to get a cast-iron skillet, but this has been a complete game-changer for me in the kitchen.  You can’t beat the flavor that comes with cooking in cast iron.  I have used my cast-iron skillet to make everything from roasted veggies, eggs, steak, and seafood, and will never go back to a regular non-stick pan.  Cast-iron skillets do take some extra time and effort in caring for properly, but it is completely worth it in my opinion.  The cast-iron skillet has easily become my go-to item for everyday cooking.

Now it’s your turn!  What are your favorite finds that you routinely use or enjoy in your everyday?
